Inverter cable for the dual-layer SuperDrive (1680x1050) version of 17" Aluminium PowerBook G4 only. This cable runs from the logic board through the display hinge to the inverter board which is located within the display housing and powers the backlight within the LCD. A broken inverter cable can cause intermittent or permanent loss of the display backlight.

This is a used, tested and working part froma recycled PowerBook.
